On Friday, February 28, 2025, the King County Superior Court granted final approval of a $1,225,000 settlement brought on behalf of 139 shuttle drivers working for companies operating under the name of Desert Coach. The shuttle drivers alleged that Desert Coach regularly violated Washington’s wage and hour laws, including failing to pay for all hours worked, failing to pay overtime, and failing to ensure the drivers received rest and meal breaks.
The drivers working for Desert Coach provide ground transportation to flight crews shuttling between airports, hotels, and other destinations. The settlement class includes all Desert Coach drivers employed in Washington from February 24, 2020, to January 31, 2024.
Terrell Marshall Law Group is proud to have represented the drivers in recovering unpaid wages they were owed. The team handling this case included Toby Marshall, Eric Nusser, and Jasmin Rezaie.
