Terrell Marshall continues to work with an outstanding team to protect people and the environment from the harmful effects of industrial agriculture. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington recently found one Yakima Valley dairy was not living up to the agreements it made in a consent decree entered in 2015 (see the Court’s order here).
