About this Case:
Kevin Snider filed this case against Wilson Logistics, Inc. and Jim Palmer Trucking Company on behalf of current and former Washington State driver employees of Defendants. Mr. Snider brought this case as a class action under state law alleging that Wilson Logistics, Inc. and Jim Palmer Trucking Company violated the law by denying drivers wages and rest break pay, failing to pay them minimum wage during orientation and training, failing to pay them for all time worked, and failing to pay them overtime.
