TMLG is pleased to announce that many of our attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine. Once again, partners Beth Terrell and Toby Marshall have been named to the Washington Super Lawyers list. Beth Terrell was also recognized as one of the Top 100 attorneys in Washington and as one of the Top 50 women attorneys in Washington. Jennifer Murray, Marc Cote, Whitney Stark, Erika Nusser and Beau Haynes have been named to the 2014 Rising Stars list.
Each year, no more than 5% percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the Super Lawyers award. And no more than 2.5% percent of the lawyers in the state are selected as Rising Stars.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The Rising Stars list is developed using the same process used for the Super Lawyers list except: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
