Seth Dawson began working at Terrell Marshall Law Group as a summer law clerk while attending the University of Washington School of Law. After law school, Seth clerked for three years on the Washington State Supreme Court before returning to Terrell Marshall as an associate attorney. Seth concentrates their practice on class action litigation and appeals on behalf of workers, consumers, and marginalized groups in both state and federal court.

Before law school, Seth served as Senior Legislative Assistant to former Congressman Denny Heck (WA-10) in Washington, D.C., where their policy portfolio focused on the judiciary and civil rights, federal efforts to restore the Puget Sound, primary and higher education, labor and workforce development, and Tribal issues.  Seth is happy to be back in the better Washington and lives in Tacoma with their spouse, two cats, and more houseplants than they can count.
