On September 17th, 2013, the Honorable Lonny R. Suko of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington granted preliminary approval to a class action settlement reached in Wheeler v. Nationwide Support Services, Inc., et al., which alleges that Defendants violated Washington’s Debt Adjusting Act and injured Washington consumers. The settlement agreement was reached with Defendants Nationwide Support Services, Inc. and Joanne Garneau.
If you are a Washington resident for whom Nationwide Support Services agreed to provide debt adjusting services, you are a potential member of this Class. Members who do not exclude themselves from the Class will receive monetary awards if the settlement is granted final approval by the Court
