Ryan Tack-Hooper joined Terrell Marshall Law Group in 2020. Ryan has led successful privacy, civil rights, and consumer protection litigation across the country including establishing a constitutional right to adequate education in Delaware and winning one of the top five largest employment verdicts in the nation in 2023. His work safeguards individual rights against powerful organizations and governments, challenging abusive practices from racial discrimination to illegal harvesting of patient data.
