T-Mobile Wage and Hour Class Action

July 02, 2015

TMLG is pursuing a wage and hour class action against T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) for allegedly failing to pay all of the commissions earned by retail sales associates in Washington. The proposed class is defined as all Washington citizens who, at any time from May 15, 2009 through the date of final judgment, worked as retail sales associates for T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Washington under a commission agreement governed by Washington law.

Plaintiffs seek to recover the unpaid wages T-Mobile allegedly owes to the proposed class as a result of systematic employment law violations. Such laws include but are not limited to Unpaid Wages on Termination, Willful Refusal to Pay Wages, and Untimely Payment of Wages.
