About this Case
Plaintiff alleges that he received many telemarketing phone calls from Defendant, despite having been on the national Do-Not-Call Registry for several years and also received a message delivered by an automatic dialing and announcing device for the purpose of commercial solicitation. Such actions are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. Section 227.
On August 7, 2012, Judge Pechman signed the Order Preliminarily Approving Settlement; Conditionally Certifying Settlement Class; Approving Notice; and Setting Date for Final Approval Hearing. Notice, claims and opt-out deadlines will be posted shortly.
