AT&T Robocall TCPA Class Action

About this Case

Plaintiff alleged that he received many telemarketing phone calls from Defendant, despite having been on the national Do-Not-Call Registry for several years and also received a message delivered by an automatic dialing and announcing device for the purpose of commercial solicitation. Such actions are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. Section 227 (“TCPA”).

Case Status

The parties settled this case in July 2012, and the Court granted final approval of the settlement in March 2013. All checks have been mailed to class member who made valid claims.
