About this Case:

Plaintiff Jonathan Gehrich alleges that the Defendant Chase Bank USA (“Chase”) called him numerous times on his cellular telephone using predictive dialing equipment and a prerecorded voice, looking for a debtor other than Mr. Gehrich. The calls persisted even after Mr. Gehrich repeatedly told Chase that it was calling the wrong person and asked them to stop calling.
