About this Case:
Plaintiff Jonathan Gehrich alleges that the Defendant Chase Bank USA (“Chase”) called him numerous times on his cellular telephone using predictive dialing equipment and a prerecorded voice, looking for a debtor other than Mr. Gehrich. The calls persisted even after Mr. Gehrich repeatedly told Chase that it was calling the wrong person and asked them to stop calling.
This case was filed on July 12, 2012. The parties have reached a settlement and notice has been sent to class members. The Court has scheduled a hearing to decide whether to approve the settlement for October 22, 2015.
